About me

Before training to become a psychotherapist, I worked in corporate communications for 15+ years. Through therapy, I discovered that I was hiding parts of my identity, and this took a lot of energy. To fit in and succeed, I was making compromises that negatively impacted my mental health, work and relationships. Living this way becomes exhausting and ultimately holds us back in all areas of our life.

So many of us become trapped by ways of being that no longer serve us.

When you work with me, we can explore what is getting in the way of you living the life you want to lead. Therapy can be a safe space where you can be yourself without judgement. You can discover new things about yourself, understand your patterns, and how you cope with difficulties.

Having this awareness leads to healing, new meaning, purpose, and changes in your life.
